At the recent 2024 St. Lucie County Fair, an event celebrated for bringing together the best of local culture, tradition, and agricultural excellence, C2 Welding took a significant step to champion the local youth involved in agriculture.
C2 Welding joined forces with various local businesses to support the hardworking exhibitors of the St. Lucie County (SLC) 4H and Future Farmers of America (FFA). ne of the highlights of the fair was when C2 Welding, along with ABC Towing, Release Ruler, and Summerlins, came together to support Senior SLC 4H exhibitor Logan O’Brien. Their collective effort in purchasing a pig showcased the community’s shared goal of uplifting and recognizing the dedication of young individuals to agricultural pursuits.
The spirit of collaboration didn’t stop there. C2 Welding also teamed up with H&W Cattle and Land Services, Release Ruler, and Southern Shine Detailing to support another SLC 4H exhibitor by purchasing a pig. Similarly, the partnership with LCP Fencing and All American Underbrushing to support another young exhibitor highlights the breadth of community involvement in the fair.
In a remarkable display of solidarity and support for the youth in agriculture, C2 Welding and Abercrombie Land Services split the purchase of a steer from SLC FFA exhibitor Sophie Kunkel. This gesture not only supports the financial aspect of these young individuals’ agricultural endeavors but also offers moral support, encouraging them to continue their passionate work in the field.
